DELIVERY POLICY

It’s an exciting time! You have just purchased furniture from Bestbuy Furniture and you are ready to usher in the new look for your home or business. But before your awesome furniture is delivered, you may have some questions or concerns. Knowing that, we have produced a frequently asked questions section as it pertains to delivery, our policies, and more.

Bestbuy Furniture’s delivery service is handled by our team of delivery professionals to ensure the safe delivery of your new furniture into your home. At the time of purchase, please give your sales associate the delivery day that works with your schedule, as we deliver between the hours of 10AM and 8PM.

Using state-of-the-art delivery software, we will route your delivery the night before, and contact you with an estimated 3 hour delivery time frame. Our drivers will also provide a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arriving at your house. We offer plenty of resources to ensure the best delivery experience; thank you for shopping at Bestbuy Furniture!

DELIVERY INFORMATION​

We strive to provide our customers with fast, courteous, and professional delivery. Prior to delivery, Bestbuy Furniture will open and inspect all merchandise. If merchandise needs to remain in the original packing, please notify us at time of purchase.
Note: If the customer places a request to deliver merchandise unopened and in the original packaging, some assembly may be required by the customer.
Important: Due to the high volume of deliveries, we cannot guarantee any delivery timeframes. Delivery personnel will contact you the morning of your delivery to give you a window of approximately 2-3 hours. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and delays such as traffic, weather, etc., potential delays may arise. Deliveries are made between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Reschedule Delivery: To reschedule the delivery of your order or to notify us of a change in the delivery address, please contact our delivery department via our ➤ Contact Form or call us directly at (713)-974-0979.
Note: If the customer chooses to cancel the delivery within 48 hours of delivery date printed on the receipt, this will result in a $99 cancellation fee.

21 to 30 miles $139 Delivery & FREE SET UP
31 to 40 miles $159 Delivery & FREE SET UP
41 to 50 miles $179 Delivery & FREE SET UP
  Delivery Related Damage: Bestbuy Furniture customers may accept or refuse a damaged item upon delivery. A damaged item at time of delivery must be written on delivery receipt or reported to our customer service department within 72 hours in order for the item to be considered as “delivery damage.” (Scratch, dents, nicks, tears, holes, stains, etc.)  Make sure the delivery driver acknowledges and signs the documentation for your protection. However, any delivery related damages reported AFTER our 72 hour grace period will not be accepted. Customer Pick up: Please inspect your merchandise carefully. Bestbuy Furniture is not responsible for damage or missing parts for any item received from any Bestbuy Furniture location after it has been removed from our loading docks. Some assembly may be required. Make sure inspection or merchandise is done and signed for.
